1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods, services, memberships, and events provided by Get Support IT Services Limited (“Get Support”).
1.2 Any order, booking, or membership is subject to these Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Get Support.
1.3 Business Customers Only. By purchasing services, memberships, or event tickets from Get Support, the Customer confirms that they are acting in the course of a business, trade, or profession and not as a consumer. Accordingly, consumer protection legislation (including statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) does not apply.
Customer / Member – the individual or company purchasing services, memberships, or event tickets.
Services – business support, training, workshops, consultancy, or other services provided by Get Support.
Events – in-person or online events, seminars, workshops, or networking sessions organised by Get Support.
Membership – subscription packages offered by Get Support, with benefits as agreed at the time of joining.
Contract – the agreement between Get Support and the Customer, governed by these Terms.
3.1 Services will be provided as set out in the order, booking confirmation, or invoice.
3.2 Get Support will use reasonable skill and care in delivering Services but does not guarantee any specific outcomes.
4.1 Event bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
4.2 All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be given unless Get Support cancels or reschedules the event.
4.3 Get Support may change the date, time, content, or venue of an event. If this occurs, customers may transfer their booking or request a refund of the ticket price paid.
4.4 Get Support accepts no responsibility for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in relation to cancelled or rescheduled events.
4.5 Attendees must behave respectfully towards others. Get Support reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
4.6 Tickets & Admission. Tickets are issued as e‑tickets to the named attendee. We may request photo ID matching the attendee name on the ticket. Tickets are non‑transferable without our prior consent; resale is prohibited.
4.7 Substitutions. You may nominate a substitute attendee up to 48 hours before the event. After this time, we will use reasonable efforts, but badge/guest list/catering changes cannot be guaranteed.
4.8 No‑Show. No refunds or credits are available for non‑attendance.
4.9 Attendee Details & Deadlines. Attendee names and any accessibility needs should be provided no later than five (5) business days before the event to ensure we can accommodate them.
4.10 Agenda & Extras. Agenda, speakers, and included extras are subject to change. Changes that do not materially reduce overall event value do not entitle you to a refund.
4.11 Filming/Photography. Events may be filmed and/or photographed. By attending, you grant us the right to use your image and voice for marketing and documentation. If you prefer not to appear, please tell us on arrival and we will take reasonable steps to minimise appearance (e.g. seating placement).
4.12 Venue Rules & Safety. Attendees must comply with venue policies and safety instructions. We may refuse entry or remove any attendee for breaches without refund.
4.13 Personal Property. You are responsible for your personal belongings at the venue. Get Support is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
4.14 Catering & Allergens. Venue catering is provided by the venue or its nominated caterers. While we will pass on any dietary requirements notified by the deadline, Get Support does not prepare food and is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of allergen information, or for preventing cross‑contamination. All food‑related obligations and liability rest with the venue/caterer. If you have severe allergies or medical dietary needs, please speak directly to venue staff on arrival.
4.15 Attendance Numbers. Any references to attendee numbers are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee. The event may proceed regardless of final ticket sales. We may adjust room layout or format to suit actual attendance. No refunds are available on the basis of attendee numbers.
5.1 Membership packages and benefits will be set out in the membership information provided at the time of joining.
5.2 Membership fees, duration, and cancellation terms may vary by package and will be confirmed in writing.
5.3 Membership is non-transferable.
5.4 Get Support reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships if fees are unpaid or if members act in a way that is inconsistent with the aims of Get Support.
6.1 Fees for goods, services, memberships, and events will be as set out in the order, invoice, or membership agreement.
6.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of booking or within 7 business days of invoice.
6.3 Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6.4 Get Support may suspend services, membership, or event access where payments are overdue.
6.5 VAT & Invoices. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate. VAT invoices are issued electronically.
7.1 Customer cancellations of services or memberships are subject to the notice period set out in the relevant agreement or package.
7.2 Event tickets are non-refundable except as provided in Clause 4.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights which cannot legally be excluded.
8.1 Get Support will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
8.2 Get Support’s total liability in respect of any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the Customer under the relevant contract.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter which cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
9.1 Get Support will process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Further details are set out in Get Support’s Privacy Policy.
9.3 Marketing Communications. We may send marketing communications on the basis of our legitimate interests as described in our Privacy Policy. Please see that policy for details, including how to object to or manage such communications.
Get Support shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, strikes, fire, flood, or government action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.1 Any training, guidance, advice, or information provided by Get Support, whether during events, workshops, consultancy sessions, or in written or digital materials, is provided in good faith for general information and educational purposes only.
12.2 Get Support does not warrant that such information is complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Customers and Members are responsible for verifying the applicability of any advice to their own circumstances before acting on it.
12.3 Get Support shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from reliance on training, guidance, advice, or information provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 Any post‑event materials (including on‑demand presentations, recordings, and the AI Cheat Sheet) are licensed to the purchasing Customer for internal business use only.
13.2 You must not copy, distribute, publish, or resell such materials without our prior written consent.

We collect personal data when you: contact us; buy services, memberships or event tickets; attend our events; use our website; complete surveys or feedback; or apply for a role.
We may receive attendee details from ticket purchasers who register on behalf of others. In those cases, the purchaser confirms they have permission to provide the attendee’s details and sharing preference.
Typical data: name, job title, business contact details, correspondence records (including call recordings and messages), booking and attendance data (including attendee sharing preferences), payment details, website/app usage data (IP address, device, cookies—see Cookies placeholder), and any information needed to deliver our services.
We may receive business contact details from public sources (e.g., company websites, business directories), referrals/partners, or event platforms where you register to attend. We process this data in accordance with this notice.
This may include identifying a publicly available professional profile (for example, a LinkedIn profile) to improve the accuracy of attendee records.
We use AI‑assisted systems and automation tools to communicate by email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls (including automated or pre‑recorded messages), and other electronic means. Uses include responding to enquiries, reminders and updates, campaign delivery, support and personalisation.

We may use first-party business contact information to help us manage, measure and improve our advertising. This may include using details provided to us through enquiries, event bookings, membership, event attendance, mailing list sign-ups, customer relationships or other direct business interactions.
We may use this information to create, manage and measure advertising audiences on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other comparable advertising platforms. This may include customer matching, custom audience, matched audience, lookalike audience, similar audience, suppression audience, retargeting and campaign measurement services.
These services may allow advertising platforms to match limited business contact details, such as email addresses, phone numbers, names, company names, job titles or postal details, with accounts held on their platforms. We may use this to show relevant business advertising, reach similar business audiences, measure campaign performance, avoid showing irrelevant adverts, and improve the effectiveness of our marketing.
Where we use customer matching or similar advertising services, we only use first-party data collected through our own business relationships or direct interactions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not intentionally use special-category data, children’s data, bought-in lists, scraped lists, or data from people who have objected to this type of marketing use.
Contact details may be hashed, pseudonymised or otherwise protected before or during transfer, depending on the platform and upload method used. However, this information may still be treated as personal data.
Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in promoting and growing our business-to-business products, services, events and communications, except where consent is required by law, platform policy or your advertising choices.
We share data with trusted providers (e.g., hosting, CRM, email/SMS/WhatsApp/voice platforms, analytics, payment processors, event platforms) under contracts requiring UK GDPR‑level protections. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK IDTA/Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
This may include sharing limited business contact information with advertising, analytics and measurement platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other comparable platforms, where they provide advertising delivery, audience matching, audience management, campaign measurement, analytics, fraud prevention or related services on our behalf. Where applicable, contact details may be hashed, pseudonymised or otherwise protected before or during transfer, but they may still be treated as personal data.
Event attendee networking: If you choose to share your details, we will share your name, company, email, phone, and LinkedIn profile (if identified by us from public sources) with other attendees of the same event to help with post‑event networking. Member details are shared with members and guests; guest details are shared with members only. We do not sell attendee details or use them for unrelated marketing.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal/accounting requirements, and to establish or defend legal claims. We apply documented retention criteria, and delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.
We retain attendee records for operational and historical purposes. Guest sharing is limited to the event day plus 14 days and is not continued after that period, while member details remain shared with members and guests for ongoing networking. Once shared, other attendees may retain their own copies, so we cannot guarantee deletion of copies held by recipients.
You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object (including to direct marketing and related profiling). You also have rights in relation to automated decision‑making where applicable.
You can also object to us using your business contact details for online advertising audiences, customer matching, custom audiences, matched audiences, lookalike or similar audiences, suppression audiences, retargeting or marketing-related profiling by contacting us using the details provided in this privacy policy.
You can ask us to update your attendee sharing preference at any time by contacting hello@getsupport.co.uk.
